January 2 years ago I lost my friend and I ended up in a homeless shelter because of the trauma of finding him after he hanged himself. This song popped up as the song that described my situation. God showed this to me and it helped me. I believe God will resurrect my friend because I asked for it in Jesus mighty name. Thank the Lord for giving me this song and the miracle. Amen

Although lyrics have actual meanings, usually, and the lyricist had something in mind for "February Song", I HAVE to write this down, right here and now. My most precious daughter died in February. An hour and a half earlier and it would've still been Groundhog's Day. Weird, but I have a personal reason for that. But, she never wanted to let me down. Or anyone down. But she HAD to "slip away." She fought bravely through brain tumors and after beating them, 3 times, got cancer, stage 4 in more places almost imaginable and so many they were unable to count them. My dear girl fought back and after a year of treatment for that, lived a full life for 4 more years. Then, we followed an ambulance to the same hospital, 3 1/2 hours from our home where we had been going for 19 years with her and she was gone in 5 days. She kept doing her art, photography, writing, laughing, loving and being in the moment, which her fur babies helped with. She had friends in different positive forums from all over the world that had known her for 10-20 years. They told me, grown women and men I didn't know, fine people, that a light had gone out in the world when she left us. She is missing from me. I helped her slip away- I never left her side in the hospital either-I went places no other's were allowed to go because- she needed me to- to help translate as the surgeries had taken away a lot of her hearing-but so did a jerk doctor just before she turned 3. Another story. She never complained, just became more of herself-and she knew herself, too. So I think of her when I hear this and Josh Groban can reach me and others so well with his beautiful voice, the emotion he puts out in the singing and songs he chooses.
