Josh Homme is in his prime right now. He's always been amazing, but his playing, singing and performing have never been better than right now, IMO.

Agreed. He's definitely been refining n redefining his skills over this time.. me thinks he's gotten some vocal coaching to get back on point - he sounds that good. Perhaps just plenty of practice.

Think he sobered up some, if not completely. Quit smoking too, iirc.. Which does wonders for his voice.
