Damn this was a good conversation. I was a chubby teen and peaked at about 250lbs but I developed anorexia after getting picked on and dropped to 134lbs at me lowest (I'm 6'2). I'm now 35, keep between 160 and 170 but the eating disorder never goes away. Constant struggle. It is manageable, though. Kind of came to the conclusion that I'll never like how I look to myself regardless of how I actually look to others. Sometimes if I see a pic or catch a peek at a CCTV at a store I see that, damn, I am pretty slim. Might wanna put on a few lbs. Then I look in the mirror and think I'm overweight. Lovely times. Thanks for bringing light to these kinds of issues. Especially relating to men. Guys don't talk about this stuff enough.

@@Ashley-db7eu So my brother had passed away from a heart attack not long before and we had just gone into the first lockdown. So I reached a point where I decided I had to do something about my condition. At first, I went on a diet plan which was 1200 calories a day just to get an idea of what the amount of food I should be eating was (I realise that calorie reduction for my size then was extreme) and with that the only exercise I did for the first 6-12 months was walking. I started by aiming for 6000 steps a day and gradually increased it when that became easy. After about 12 months I had lost so much weight id gone from a 5xl shirt down to just L. Now I am a bit of a gym rat and am even applying for a job in the armed services. Honestly, if anyone is struggling please do reach out and contact me as I would love to help. This isn't the whole story, I've glossed over identifying emotional hunger from actual hunger, plus transitioning from weight loss to maintenance but yeah.

Josh is SUCH a great interviewer. Just found this series and I am BINGING! I love how straightforward he is without rushing the answers. Can’t wait to see more.

Seriously love this concept. I got excited when I saw that it was A) a last meals episode and then B) Josh Peck. Please keep em' coming. I love the cooking content but this is such an enjoyable show.

This was so wholesome, funny and helpful all at the same time. I'm 330 pounds and need to lose weight to have a baby but this helped me love myself how i am but also encouraged me to lose weight. I've loved Josh P. Since Amanda show and have followed him since and has always been an inspiration and now as 26 year old he is still an inspiration to me.

Is it weird that this episode gave me a lot of comforting dread? Like, I'm so happy but also I definitely need to cry a bit?

" The island 🏝 " is a great movie. I have to admit this last meal choice is probably my favorite out of all the ones you've created Josh. Josh 2 has great taste Chinese, Italian, and Comfort / Soul Food. Yummy! 👍

It’s so nostalgic yet scary to see Josh aged, married has kids it opens my eyes to see how old I am. I watched him on the Amanda show and drake and josh, he’s all grown up now

This is an incredible format and interview everything. This is on track to be the NEXT to Hot Ones. Hot Ones are deep cuts in to actors and their work this is more about their lives and concept of death and life from its perspective. It makes celebrities a bit more human in those talks. Fun thing!

I love this series. The topics that are brought up and discussed are DEEP! Compared to the usual chaos of the cooking show, this is a welcome change :) Don't get me wrong, I love the chaos too. But to see something wholesome on the same channel is nice.
