Perfect example of why police departments should immediately contract with and utilize quality private investigators (or someone similar) to track the spouses of missing persons until they can obtain proper search warrants or have the manpower to surveil spouses themselves for as many days as possible. The open window of time Josh had available ruined the entire investigation cause nobody had eyes on him at all times.

And so-called law enforcement let him get away with murdering Susan. They also bear responsibility for Josh murdering his sons. If you are a victim of or have a loved one who was a victim just pray that West Valley City PD is not involved.

That's what I was wondering but with west valley city being one of the most polygamous communities .... or not have very many churches ....... how would be have time to do all this when they could have caught him and hauled him in while he ..... was .... driving around all that time?

The judge that ordered visitations at Josh's house killed those boys as surely as did their "father." Originally, it was supervised visitations at a specific location, but the original couple went to the judge and said they didn't want to do it because they were afraid of Josh! It was then the judge said the visitations were to take place at Josh's home. The morning Josh picked up the boys, they did NOT want to go with him. The only reason their grandparents let them go is because of the court order. There is no way the judge should have let the boys go to his house while he is under investigation for his wife's disappearance and suspected murder. That judge is responsible for the death of those two little boys!
