Whether he wins AI or not, I think that unlike a few past Idol winners, Scotty will have a long career. He's truly gifted and has a great charisma. I'm not a country music fan (okay, not *that much* of a country music fan), but I love great voices, and he has one. And I love the deep voices of both of these young men. Wow.

My wife went to school with Scotty McCreery in Garner, NC. She was on the yearbook committee during his senior year, and she was supposed to interview him because he was in the schools musical. He told her I’m not doing it, and told her to interview someone else. So she did, and when it was printed in the yearbook, he yelled and cussed her out for it. So don’t let his pretty looks and voice fool you, Scotty McCreery is a dick.
