If loam, that house is a death trap after heavy rainy storms somewhen. - Gas flames - danger explosion. - dark / black accents those walls, etc. - another thing which I won't tell neither now noir here. Btw., was that car elevator a lifting platform as a workshop? If not, then what a waste.
