Awesome! That iRealPro sounds cool. I love what you did with the melody when you bent the D note up to an E. Mary Christmas to you Josh.

I'll vouch 100% for Transcribe. What are the shortcomings of the Snark tuner? I've heard phone tuners, although free, are so-so since phones are designed to pick up voice frequencies but not great for bass frequencies.

I liked the part where you played the first two notes of the Star Wars theme in that app. I liked the rest too, but that part was awesome.

I saw in some comments in the course that you will release a sequel to Beginner to Badass. Will it be aimed at more advanced players? Will it contain more music theory? I'm enjoying B2B a lot so far, and I'd be very happy to see another course like it

A sequel would be great.....I learned bass late and I've learned more from the Beginner to Badass Cd set and the BAssbuzz videos than anywhere else.

What app that comes with all . Does IReal give me everything I need
@axelr90754 жыл бұрын
Is there an app out there for those that are not tech oriented where you can simply select something like a 1-4-5 in the key of A and it plays back guitar chords that you can play along too ? I've looked at a few and they either don't offer up something that easy and simple, or you have to dig through instructions to get there.

Hey man, cool videos. I just started playing bass a couple months ago, and I'm pretty comfortable playing sitting down, but as soon as I stand up, it's like I've completely lost any competency I had. Other than spending more time playing standing, do you have any suggestions about getting comfortable with things like the weight of the bass, strap length, etc. I'd like to play it slung low, like Duff from Guns n Roses, but I feel like it has to be super high to mimic the position of me playing sitting down. Thanks!

This is actually a super good Question . Thx!
@jellis1132 жыл бұрын
Not sure if this is the right answer, but I only practice standing up. Learning standing up and then sitting to play is way easier than the opposite to me.
