30min walk morning n evening 6-8Glass of Water Avoid Sugar, Potato, Rice and any kind of outside packed food Don't starve yourself.... Switch to home made food (Instead of cookies, Namkeen, chips take roasted chikpeas, Puffed rice, Poha, Roasted maakhane) Do dance or zumba for 15minutes Start gradually Try to Maintain ur sleep schedule

I've lost 20kgs in an year 3XL to L size. By healthy lifestyle. I was always slim till 2014 but 2014-2023 I was obese..by my poor lifestyle n eating habit though I had no health issues..my doctor gave me left and right last year ... because of that i decided to lose weight ..so if any doc scolds we shud take it positively as a motivation

Very few people realise it and make harsh comments and give foolish advice like just eat less and exercise more etc. as if the obese person does not have the knowledge that these would help. दीदी मुझे तो भूख बहुत लगती है मैं जब भी खाना देखती हूं तो बस ऐसा ही लगता है खाना ही खाऊं हर रोज यह सोचकर सोई होगी कल से डायरेक्ट चालू करूंगी कल से चलने जाऊंगी कल से जल्दी उठाऊंगी लेकिन हो ही नहीं पता है बस नींद ही आती है थकान महसूस रहती है और अभी मेरे को हाइपोथाइरॉएड है दो बेटी है मेरी। और अभी मेरा वजन है 73 kg मेरी उम्र है 30 साल
