ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਾਰਜ ਫਰਾਹ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਲਈ, ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ bodybuilding ਅਤੇ nutrition ਦੀਆਂ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਗਿਆਨ ਲਿਆ ਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਉਹ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ fitness enthusiast ਬਣੇ, ਇਸੇ ਲਈ ਅੱਜ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਨੂੰ Train ਕਰਨਾ ਤੇ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਦੇਣਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ।

BIKRAMJIT Singh popularly known as Biki Singh. he's a bodybuilder who has competed in various NPC shows and won 7 titles in total, in 2015 at Syracuse where he won my class heavyweight division. his first workout in a gym would be around when he was 9 years old.
he's training under George Farah, and while working with him, he learned the basics of bodybuilding and nutrition, which made him a fitness enthusiast in India. So he started training young talents.
