Only the Punjabi Sikhs have good enough genetics to compete with the rest of the world athletically, and out of the 1 billion Indians, they are about 1.7% of the population. Look up which states have the most olympic medals for India. Punjab blows the rest of India out of the water. The Sikhs are a physically gifted people.

I worked with a Singh from the same city as him, and it’s super common for women to be vegetarians, and also real common for the men to eat like that a lot with them. in india being vegetarian is common and those who eat meat like me would do very less, its a myth in the west that vegetarians dont get protein which laughable cos soya has most protein and we get most protein out of veg...now western people will think of vegetables as only veg option ....

The secret to healthy and nutritional benefits can be derived by eating Indian food. I’ve cooked many types of dishes using all the spices, vegetables, rice, yogurt, chicken and fish. Curries with fresh coriander over rice wrapped in a heated flour tortilla always makes me happy. Like a burrito 🌯 You can develop a strong body eating Indian food. I like it spicy 🌶 to fire up muscle growth. Way to go Biki 💪🏼😁👍🏼 🏆

I can't afford organic food though I prefer buying fresh vegetables and fruit; the local markets on the street where I live are 9/10 cheaper than frozen stuff in supermarkets. Fresh stuff also in supermarkets is also cheaper than frozen so again I stick to fresh. If there was one carb, I could live with sweet potatoes even though I can't afford them and stick to potatoes as for protein that would be whole eggs.
