There should not be any vehicles around, the gas is very disturbing and difficult for runners to breath in. They can use electric cars, but not gasoline

His cadence was around 200 strides/minute throughout the race! And it was an unstrained cadence for him. Eliud Kipchoge's cadence is around 195 strides/min, even in a marathon. That kind of turnover will keep you pretty light on your feet, which I think is the key to running fast (and possibly avoiding injury).

@healthiswealth7324
@healthiswealth7324 3 жыл бұрын
@@TheSublimeLifestyle you're missing the point - it doesn't mean poverty creates success or champions-NOT at all... It's the RESPONSE / MINDSET IN facing very difficult situations. Then also add people or even one person that sees believes and speaks into a life with potential. I spent nearly 20 years in the Philippines Africa and Iraq. --I can say without question, it isn't about the geographical location as much as the attitude and response to very difficult situations.. unfortunately here in the USA, the response /mindset /effort is far less than the other areas of the world. I could share a lot more, but I don't have the time. So I would say, invest in the potential that you can see in others - envision encourage empower others .
