If everyone compares Wilders and AJ's performance against Helenius, those are two different things. He’s spot on though. AJ is not ready to take on Wilder. AJ is changing under his new coach and has done well to adopt a more thoughtful style. He does however need an opponent who will come and pressure him, ideally on with a dangerous 1-2 like Wilder has. Helenius gave him a little pressure for 1 or 2 rounds but it was no blitzkrieg like Wilder will bring. Give AJ one more fight against the right opponent and I’d say that after another win against the right guy, and he’ll be as ready as he’s ever going to be for Wilder. As it stands, I’d say that there’s a high chance that he’d get lit up against Wilder within 3-4
