An Omni negate that work under skill drain

Really cool series of cards that ultimately just read "Full snake eyes combo, BUT you get to have a free omni negate before you start going off" Seriously, at the cost of 2 extra deck slots and 2 cards in main, you just Diabel into sinful spoils deception, sac diabel to search the azamina spell, sac deception for Rielago, search Original sinful spoils use grave effect of Azamina to put it back into hand, sac OSSl to get the omni negate, and use grave effect of OSS to search ash and you now have a full snake eyes line insulated with an omni negate

This game is fucked if they don't do something to the deck that doesn't involve banning ash (or OSS/Poplar) because it doesn't matter how many Ash are legal given that the combo searches the Ash, I for one will not be indulging in prayers for Droll and Lock bird in opener because that is not fun gameplay.

I really do not like Azamina design, because of 2 line it creates: (Wanted) Diabelstar line: Special Summon Diabellstar, add Sinful Spoil Deception. Activate Sinful Spoil Deception, tribute a monster in hand, add Sacred Azamina. Sacred Azamina send Deception to summon Rcielago. Rcielago add Original SInful Spoil. Rcielago + Diabelstar = Link-2. Sacred Azamina GY eff shuffle Rcielago and add itself to the hand. Sacred Azamina activate, send Original SInful spoil, summon Silvera. Original Sinful spoil effect to banish, add Ash/Poplar. If you drew Wanted, you get the draw If you get Deception instead, the line stay the same, but instead of the Wanted draw being a "maybe" it's now a guarantee. End board: (Any Link-2) + (an omninegate) + (Snake-Eyes line) + free follow up with the Sacred Azamina in GY which also make that you never need more then 1 of each, since they both get shuffled. Azamina in Snake-Eyes is making the deck having a BETTER endboard, consistancy AND follow-up. Absolutly insane that they ever thought it was a good idea.

@@giuseppepepe4404 The Fiendsmith card you can't get both the omninegate and the combo at the same time The Fiendsmith card you can't play around Droll as easily - here you always at least get the omninegate (except if you start with Wanted, in which case you add OSS with Witch) The Fiendsmith card doesn't setup your Diabellstar grind game for free and is forced to use Princess effect, meaning the endboard is relativly worse (still crazy) However, The Fiendsmith can be accessed anytime, and have more adaptation But, whether or not one is better then the other, both go well together You don't have to choose one, just do both - it makes hand with akward Sinful Spoil a lot better - all of that for 4 card and a half brick that is easy to play around

so i hope they just ban original sin and leave wanted alone because then we could get a world where diabellstar an deck is instead of an engine. going from playing handrtaps fenrir diabellstar on masterduel which is surprisingly better than it has any right to be you really need the wanted reshuffling your 1 off traps to make it viable to play diabelstar control and with that new archetype is then the extradeck part of that deck

I really wish because I've tried out those cards on dueling book (Customsection) and like.. wanted and diabellstarr feel amazing. I'm trying out Labrynth w/ this new archetype, it's basically just Sinful Spoil control and it's an extremely cool deck. It shouldn't die because of snake-eye being broken.

Well, Azamina is a Engine for like, any deck that can use one extra deck space and you got 9 ways to make the omni in 1.5 card combos. (Wanted being one that you can draw 1). Also, if Original doesnt get banned, this is like, Omni negate + Full SE combo after it. So yeah, Diabellstar deck is not going to happen, because clearly Konami want you to use it as a broken engine☠️

Yeah the access to an omni that can be easily brought out and recycled is the most cringe part of this so far. Yes it doesn’t destroy and tributes itself to do it, but that doesn’t matter if you just hit normal/quick play spells, traps, and or monster hand traps while it can just come back on field soon after so it being off the field is hardly a downside. 2nd cringe thing (less so then first part though) is just the random tacked on 1500 burn + you get 1500 LP recovery on a card that has good effects already (literally a searcher so they would run multiple copies) on top of being Cont which just gives the deck scummy time win cons

I really like the diabellstar lore deck. I can't wait for the eventual snake eyes hits, because diabellstar itself is pretty fun. I have a "Casual" snake eyes deck that runs more of the current sinful spoil cards and diabellze, for fun. I don't think it's much of a problem that diabellstar doesn't stay on the field. Albaz is just used as a board breaker or stays in deck to immediately be fused off, while Visas was used in scareclaw, and then not used again until mannadium, at the end of his lore arc. I joined in 2022, so not sure what lore archtype was before that, but it seems pretty standard.

It is not impossible but there is only space for 3 more traps that could be occupied by Paleozoic and they are 78, 79 and 80 so it is difficult for it to happen since it competes with the generic traps and with the possible support that accompanies the monsters 14 , 15, 16, 17 and 18. However, there is still free space that could be occupied by Xyz cards, specifically 43, 44, 45, 46 and 47 that will be shared between the Xyz cards and the Link cards that have not yet been presented.

@@captainsunshine64 I am doing it for him. He shares a name with my late Father so I am making my bets and hoping it pays. Odds are that they will get support soon. Especially with the discovery of new species that the archetype was originally based on. Three new species were discovered and can be used as new cards for the deck. With three unknown trap card slots that we are aware of, it makes sense that they would be in this set. If not then maybe later down the line.

The new Sinful Spoil Offenders card actually works rather well with Snake-Eyes Diabellstar, doesn't it? It mentions "Monster Card", so it counts Snake-Eyes Diabellstar when it is in the Spell/Trap Zone. Not only that, but the second effects allows you to chain block the your own Snake-Eyes Diabellstar on battle effect if I'm not wrong, right? It kind of allows you to dodge the effect of your Snake-Eyes Diabellstar getting negated by making it CL1 and then the trap is CL2. It's not the greatest, but I do see the synergy working rather well for that card... Regardless, Azamina seems like a pretty awesome archetype. My only hope is that Fiendsmith doesn't last too long, or that they hit Snake-Eye in some shape or form. It's a shame imo, I think Snake-Eye is a really cool deck because most of its gameplan lies in recursion and removal -- but the way Fiendsmith breaks it, and the fact WANTED is a card, and the fact OSS summons generic level 1 FIREs, and the fact the deck has so much room for handtraps, etc. etc It's kind of a "death by a thousand paper cuts" sort of deal, if that makes any sense. I want to see more decks with the Snake-Eyes gameplan, but it allows so much degenerate stuff to exist too... Never know what to really think about it.

Its a give and take. Tributing itself is worse into cbtg and for followup, but it also means they can't chain imperm or veiler to it if you negate a nib or something

Sinful Spoils Deception is a 1.5 card way to get a lvl 6 body on board and something like Sinful Spoils - Snake-Eye or WANTED into hand... just incase Snake-Eyes didn't already have enough starters. Deception + Ash and any other monster just allows you to get out the Omni before committing to Ash. Honestly Konami could ban Beatrice, limit both Ash and WANTED and Snake-Eyes will still be the best deck in the game and still ridiculously consistent once these guys come out. I agree the only way to really keep this archetype relevant without it just being an engine to keep Snake-Eye the best deck is by banning Sinful Spoils - Snake Eye.

Personally i like when archetypes have their own negate, because otherwise they completely lose to a single board breaker or late hand trap. The new fusion at least doesn't destroy and has to tribute itself to negate, so you have to remake it if you end up using it on your turn. I only find negates toxic when there's too many of them

I would limit Poplar and Flameberge While keeping Snash at three. Then ban Apo and the deck will die as it becomes to risky to open both Snash and Poplar with no follow up. Apo ban would also keep SE in check for a while

Limit Flamberge when people are already playing it at 1 lol (with Fiendsmith stuffs), and Poplar as well is already only at 1 on some decks. Banning OSS or at least Oak is the way to go if you want to seriously do something to SE.

@@shirohiruka You do realize they only can play one of each because Fiendsmith is the problem then? Because without it they don’t have a way to ditch Poplar/Flameberge to GY. Fact is that Poplar becomes a Garnet for those decks which is one of the reasons Brilliant fusion doesn’t see play anymore regardless of the deck in MD even though it would be a blow out card. You run 2 garnets in Lazuli and Garnet for just an extra normal. So a two to one garnet ratio is too risky even in 60 card decks to run it. This means if you keep the deck in check by increasing their brick chance its a good way to hit the deck. If you wanna be extra sure ban Princess as well and the Fiendsmiths wont even see play with SE anymore

Diabel actually has some good tools like Betrayal - Silvera for permanent omni-negate for all face-up cards on the field, Subversion - Snake-Eye as one of the best removal for now, and pseudo-Raigeki with Doom - Rciela. But why you wanna play fair trade 1 for 1, when you can just set Original Sins and grab more advantages for that? . Original Sinful maybe is the only Sinful card that I never play in Master Duel. Because this card it just booooooring. I enjoy Betrayal - Silvera as mini engine in some low tier deck and Doom - Rciela in Dark Magician or any decks with big Spellcaster.

This is as generic as it gets lol. You are the one yapping. This is basically Adventure engine 2.0 with less bricks and more starters. Read the cont. spell. 1 Diabel now give you omni negate and access to SE Ash

Diabel set cont spell, use it to search fusion spell. Sac Diabel, summon fusion that add, adds OSS. Grab back the fusion spell. Sac the OSS, summon the omni negate. Use OSS to add Ash. NS Ash. There you go, full SE combo with omni already up with just 1 soft brick + 1 hard brick (Adventure engine has 3 hard bricks)

Banning OSS does NOT change what snake eye do at all , it only stop you from splashing diabell engine while killing rouge decks like T.G infernoid volcanic Silvera omni negate effect is because her original form( the sinful spoil of betrayal silvera) is an omni negate and when destroyed she search a trap ss which is herself Same goes for others

Albaz is just used as a board breaker or stays in deck to immediately be fused off, while Visas was used in scareclaw, and then not used again until mannadium, at the end of his lore arc. I joined in 2022, so not sure what lore archtype was before that, but it seems pretty standard.
