Goblin Bikers were the Sprigguns of Diabellstarr's lore and these are the Spright. Edit: Eh, on second thought, White Woods has little similarity to Spright beyond the Level of two main deck monsters. Going by the playstyle, Snake-Eyes are the better pendant to Spright.

This is the swordsoul of the diabellstar lore. Basic low investment 1.5 card combos that net you a decent endboard, and small enough that you typically combine it with another engine that matches the 1.5 combo (tenyi for wyrms, runick for spell/trap)

Fun fact: you can tech in the Magicians' Souls engine to synergize with the White Woods spells since the recycle effects trigger off of its draw effect and it's a Spellcaster for Legend. Sounds like an amazing tech to me considering it doesn't conflict with anything and can eat your opponent's handtraps for free while you just go 0 at worst.

What I really like with the Trap, is that you don't have to use the Monster you special summon with it for the synchro. So you can use the monster's effect, which would have been impossible otherwise. Plus it chainblocks the monster summoned from deck and the synchro you make with the trap.

This deck might unironically be more grindy than tear. Every turn in both players' turn you get to revive/retrieve your entire maindeck lineup, as well as recycle 2 synchros. Like there's nothing stopping you from synchroing for 80 turns in a row

White Woods can also be a amazing Spright deck. Heres the thing their summon from grave effects are quick effects meaning you can bring the lv.2s from grave as fodder for Spright Red and Spright Carrot during your opponents turn and they give it a better grind game. While also giving them more interruptions and the tuner synchros give you easy access to Baronne, Chaos Angel , and I:P into S:P. This deck is going to be what breaks Spright and make Spright one of the top 10 decks in the game. You can also run the Nimble engine but as you still need space for non-engine I recommend only playing 1 of the blowfish.

This deck will ban Runicks so fast. The recovery loop is incredible, you get so many draws and disruptions from everywhere. Then I believe it will be time to mix them up with Centur-ion since Primera is a target, while their field spell helps with the strategy overall.

Another niche aspect about the trap that's gonna make you like it even more: you can use it to go into Diabell on your opponent's turn but there's only one deck (aside from Magical Musket) that can use spell cards from the hand on the opponent's turn 👀

Diabell looks insane in tear. Destrudo into Shooting riser is such a free access to her. Just send an ash from the deck to make it lv 4, then another lv4 body and you're good. For 3 cards you get to recover an extender from the GY (or a floodgate..) and basically you can book of the eclipse on your opponent's turn.

Beware The White Woods is also a interruption and it works wonderfully as a way to chain block your opponent. Diabellstar searches a negate or Jet Synchon. This deck paired with Bystials can also synchro summon a full power Chaos Angel very easily by treating 1 of the 4s as a tuner and Cartesia and Quem makes it even easier. Cartesia can make Dusk Dragon, Dusk Dragon send Luluwalilith or that fusion monster to special summon Dogmatika Ecclesia, then later Dusk Dragon can get you Queratis which can equate to a triple interruption if you have at least 1 Fallen of Albaz in the main deck and Mirrorjade in the extra.

i can see this deck with dm and chimera returning magician's souls to the hand to summon and/or recycling mirror knight after you negate. That magicians souls discards your 2 spells to draw more 2 then recycling them on board going +2.

The toy engine is the best engine for it so far, it's also much smaller in 7 cards, it's crazy how good are those 7 cards in white woods after testing. The engine is 3 toy soldier, 3 toy box and 1 toy tank

I do still think Runick is better because I felt like you have an easier time into handtraps with a Runick version since you wanna normal the tuners instead of Asteria, so it's easier to keep going if you get interrupted as you just make the synchro and go off from there. You also draw a lot and the deck has a very easy time looping fountain.

This is the archetype that got me to start playing Yu-Gi-Oh again... and having done some brewing, I'm pretty sure this is gonna be broken. You have multiple "one card"* combos into your level 8, which then gives you access to whatever level 10s you like on your opponent's turn thanks to formula synchron. You also absolutely play Bystials, considering you have basically infinite access to level 4 tuners, and so you can make the free-est Dis Paters or Calamity locks of your life. Combined with the protection your synchros get thanks to the tuners, and the incidental disruption you pick up from Bystials and "search effect veiler"... yeah, this is gonna be nuts. *technically, you also need enough spells/traps to discard, but considering how generic that requirement is, that shouldn't be an issue

Personally, I think Snake-Eye is the best engine to pair with this, if you alter your lines and make use of Snake-Eyes Diabellestar. The basic idea would be to find your way to Poplar, search the field spell, and place Snake-Eye Diabellestar. From there you can send away the field spell for one effect, send away a Poplar (either placed by itself or SEDB) for the second effect, then the White Woods lines pay for themselves for the rest of the turn 1 combo. If you open only Snake-Eye engine, you still don’t brick, and if you open Diabellestar/Wanted + Legend you can still combo off. And if you open Bonfire + Legend, you can combo to make Hiita to get a Spellcaster on board without your normal (SEDB is the second body alongside Linkuriboh). The only issue (which White Woods will face no matter what) is opening all white woods monsters + non-engine handtraps. However you gain considerable combo upside in return. Forget Baron + I:P, thanks to us having many easily accessible level 4 tuners and level 1 non-tuners, we can throw in an Ib package, and we could do all kinds of nonsense from there. I’m talking Calamity locks, Trishula on the opponent’s turn (which actually, is an option ALL White Woods variants can very easily achieve), multiple Shooting Quasars. And on top of all of that, it comes with insane levels of follow-up and recursion. You technically don’t even need to include any Snake-Eyes outside of Poplar and SEDB (although that would mean you brick if you don’t see White Woods in the opener).

honestly the bottom line of this Archetype is that it can spam the 2 lvl 4 tuners from the grave. There isn't a decent way to play it pure , probably the best variations is with centurion .It's possible to build a board with 2 omni negates(cosmic blazar,mannadium reframing) plus crimson on field ready to use on DP for calamity. Toy box engine also blend nicely with White Woods.

White Woods can dodge Veiler and Imperm by bouncing your Synchros back to the extra deck. Something people might have seen is that Witch Wolf can be a triple Book of Eclipse its effect isn't once per turn. Witch Wolf may not seem like a amazing interruption until you realize the archetype has make it incredibly busted Imagine having it negated by Baronne only to come back another 2 times and realize you've flipped everything facedown and they can't play anymore. Then you finish them off next turn when you have enough gas with your grave effects to OTK them. If you use Spright as a engine there is no way your opponent gets through the lv. 2s come from grave and give you infinite fodder for Spright Red and Spright Carrot. But thats been saying decks like Spright that has easy access to multiple negates without the extra deck gets scarier when paired with a really good extra deck. Decks like that is scarier than pure Snake-Eyes and archetypes like Spright aren't stopped by cards like Winda because you search for Spright Smashers and thats that.

These cards fix one of the biggest witchcrafter weaknesses, being the overly fair design of the spell recursion while also giving you actual good options for the extra Deck besides vice madam and allow you to search Cartesia to put vice madam on the field more consistently. Will it make Witchcrafters meta? Definitely not, but I think it will make my favorite deck a whole lot better.

Amazing with ,, tool box ,, and the bamboo sword engine.Just play 3 tool box 2 /2 bamboo cursed/original and 3 golden. Toolbox allways lets you get atleast 2 activations for the send and end up with another sword for a 3rd activation later.Or if you had any sword in hand prior its 2 free activations and pot of greed pretty nice.

No. White forest is simply way too fair and well-designed to be anything like Tearlaments. Tearlaments shit out boss monsters at turn 0, ishizu’d your GY at turn 0, and punished you for using super poly on them.

I think you’re underestimating how easily this deck can brick if they open only White Woods monsters + non-engine monsters. Not every deck can use this because not every deck can afford to cram their deck full of enough spells/ traps to avoid bricking. Now for decks that already run a critical mass of Spells/traps, yeah this shit is beyond incredible
