Joshua Weissman's Gua Bao | Anova Precision Oven

In this video, I tried out Joshua Weissman's Gua Bao recipe in the Anova Precision Oven. The APO does a great job of steaming the bao!

Recipe Modifications:
- Regular granulated sugar instead of rock sugar
- Mirin in place of shaoxing wine
- Regular soy sauce in place of dark soy sauce
- Added fish sauce, sriracha, and honey

Hi Paul, it’s a Ninja brand food chopper/food processor. It’s not battery powered, it plugs into the wall. Any other questions, just let me know!
