Ahh yes the garbage man ambiance and living minimally on the edge👌😂 For the leftover pistacio filling maybe use it in cupcakes? Like those molten ones where the middle is more ‘liquid’. Or maybe it can be used for french nougat since you also had extra egg whites? As always it looks scrumptious and I could almost taste it through the screen 😋👏

I love ur channel it’s so relaxing. if u want any tips on how to have a pie crust with more distinct edges I recommend chilling the dough in the pie pans at least 10 mins before baking you could even put it in the freezer for a bit. You might also want to consider using a pie crust recipe with less butter. this pie looks delicious ❤
