Well done. Thanks for teaching... Many of the ones I skinned in the St Louis Valley, Co. had yellow spots on their liver... Did not eat those.

Some of them drink too much. I hate rabbits. After watching a mama rabbit tear her babys apart. evil little critters if you ask me.

Always remember to look for white spots on the liver and lungs (tularemia)

Make damn sure you never nick a rabbits guts. Dunno what it is, but I've butchered pigs, deer, goats and nothing turns my stomach more than rabbit guts. Gets right into your skin and stays with you.

You just lost half of your audience. Not much different than cleaning a🐟 actually. Skin, blood, guts, bone, muscle (meat).
