Joshua is a third-generation British in Japan, right? As I listened to Bubu-chan, I felt that she wanted to teach her baby about Russian history, but she also wanted her baby to teach English which as a mother and as a common language of the world that she could expand her baby's future possibilities. Probably...Human beings are during people who look the same as themselves and, Everyone feels comfortable for themselves. Simply... I think that everyone feels that the place where their family lives is their hometown, not the wide area of Japan. The world aims to be a multicultural world, but I think it is inevitable that each racial community will be able to do so. And above all speaking English the lingua franca of the world, increases their own potential, and for third-culture kids, English needs to be their own language, right? I think there are some mistakes in my English, so please forgive me. I'm still studying English.😆

@@karifuraijpSince his grandparents immigrated to Japan, they are considered first-generation British. So, it seems that Joshua is a third generation British...🤔

It can't be helded. Although there is a proverb that says ' You can't judge a book by its cover'', the cover is the only clue to know what a book is like when you run into it for the first time. you should accept such troubles as your fate as long as you live in this country. Buddha said life is agony.

I've had experiences with Japanese where they would purposely make situations overly complicated so that I wouldn't understand and then be "forced" to speak in Engrrrrrish.
