Dear Joshua Law , could you propose an exercise of how to relax the tension of the lower part of the jaw...this has probably to do with the tongue and maybe the muscles of the neck...

Joshua, You give a very good lecture, but it is very tiring to listen for so long when the sound is almost drowned by the reverb of the room you are in. If you use a good external mic much nearer to you rather than just the built in mic of the camera, and record in a room with more soft furnishings, you will sound clearer and more pleasant. Vocal production is important, but so too is video production standards for a listenable experience.
