In my last journal I had lists of books, movies, tv series, and a big wishlist but in the middle of using all of that I realised that it's not working for me, cause I had too much stuff in there and don't want to constantly re-writing it, moving it from journal to journal so I decided to make these lists on Google Keep. And it was a great decision, now I only need future log and don't have to worry about very long collections while changing notebooks.

I've decided to make those their own little notebook, and I'll have a traveller's notebook type set up with them all. That way, they're in their own space that I can keep adding to, and they're easy to find...

Could you explain your Money Tracker in more detail, please? I am interested to know what you track and how it works. I am working to improve my own finances and this layout looks very helpful.

Ohh sure! :) Well the first slot is the amount I have money on my account on 15th every month (the date doesn't matter unless it's same every month ^^). Then I'm tracking my salary, the money I get from my youtube, then if you have some other sourcer of income it would probably be good to add here too. I also have a slot for dept, for example if I owe something to my boyfriend or if he owes something to me. 😂 And then in the end I share my savings to "active" and "passive" saving, the first one is the money I actually put to the side and the latter is the amount I have more (or less) on my bank account compared to last month! 😄 I didn't start to explain it more because I thought it would probably be very personal for everyone what kind of things they need to track, but I hope this explanation was more clear. :)

What resources do you use to study Japanese by yourself? I'm looking for some tips to start my own study journey as wel!

I started to study Japanese almost 5 years ago so I've been trough many different stages. :D I started by learning hiragana and katakana, just found them from the internet (there are many free sources) and wrote them in my notebook over and over again until I could remember them. Then I started with my first textbooks which where called Japanese for Busy People but after going trough one and half books of those, I switched to the Genki series which are the best textbooks to learn the basic level Japanese in my opinion. At least for someone who is in highschool, university or thinking about going to Japan as an exchange student. If you're more into the working culture, I think the Japanese for Busy People might be better fit for you. ^^ And I used all of those books to study on my own and they work perfectly for that too. So those things should take you pretty far and it took me around 1.5 to 2 years to go through the Genki 1 and 2 by myself. Then I moved to Tobira which is a great book as well, but very challenging after Genki, and I was an exchange student in Japan for one year which taught me a lot about the language and culture. :D When it comes to kanji (the characters) I would HIGHLY recommend a phone app called Kanji study. It's only available for android though. It costs few dollars but is worth so much more in my opinion, you can actually use it to study hiragana and katakana as well, but I use it to study kanji (the app has everything you need when it comes to that). One thing I started in the very beginning as well was watching Japanese tv series. They have many funny dramas and even if you watch with subtitles, you still get more familiar with the expressions and pronunciation. ^^ Haha soooo that was longer than I anticipated. 😀 I'm happy to tell more if you need any information! 😊
