i love this! one thing i would add is to not give up - if you miss a day it isn’t the end of the world. and if journaling every day doesn’t work for you, maybe it’s just not for you. maybe you only need to journal once a month or something like that. but if you’re committed to starting a daily practice, don’t let forgetting a day make you give up completely!!

I love journaling but I struggle to discipline myself to stay consistent 😅

What helped me was that I looked for different questions on pinterest and answered one or two every day. After a few weeks, it became a part of my everyday routine and helped me to stay consistent and come up with my own ideas. Hope this helps❣

Just a suggestion but you should print your images on that full page sticker paper they have that way when you cut it out it’s already a sticker 😊
