It's the TRAVELER'S COMPANY Spiral ring notebook paper pocket! (the one I own has a special edition cover by Starbucks Reserve Roastery in Japan, but the regular ones are available on travelerscompanyusa.com )

Oh! That one is going to be harder to find. They are discontinued Recollections sticker organizers I got from Michael’s in the US
