Their soundman was second to none!! I can hear every instrument like its in the studio, and the vocals are up front and present without blaring! Fantastic sound!!

Honestly I've always thought this was the best Journey song ever! Yes, I love Steve Perry but the mix of him with Greg Rolie is a classic sound that I wish had lasted longer!!!!! ❤❤❤❤

I agree, this really was the transition to the next Journey chapter, so cool to have them both sing on such a great song! Journey forever!

Think this was the best line up of Journey! Wished Greg Rolie had never left.

My favorite line up. Greg starting off and Steve coming in with harmonies and then lead. This is when I really got into journey.
@kevinhemphill58812 жыл бұрын
Ummm... ACTUALLY, Greg sings the first verse with no harmonic help from "Steve"..(since we're goin all first name basis and shit... lol) STEVO erupts vocally AFTER the G-Man's quiet.. Only later in this masterpiece are there ANY harmonies... J. S. 😁✌️

Remember listening to this when I was a kid with my mom and dad. My daddy's gone and it makes me want to cry.

This medley was a staple of classic rock radio in the early ‘90s. Loved it then and love it now. The Rollie/Perry vocal combo was my favorite. This show was also broadcast on WNEW-FM in New York. I’ve got a copy from the station master and it sounds outstanding. Great show from the Infinity era.

Perry's voice is like a male rock version of Karen Carpenter. So pure and not forced!
