Baat yeh hai ki elite forces mein that is PARA SF best of the best soldiers ko hi lete hain so competition tough hota hai it demands extreme physical and mental fitness. Para commandos ko extreme conditions mein kaam karna hota hai Jo physical strength demand karte hai so ladkiyon ko Para sf mein operations mein include nahi karna chahiye. Be a Para officer no worries but action mein ladkiyon ko Lena risky ho jaata hai. Para commandos are the most refined soldiers and not everyone can become a para commando so one person's mistake can cost the whole team. Isi vajah se I think women should not be sent for special operations which includes facing off with highly trained terrorists. Namaste 🙏

Merey brother in-law was paratrooper his dad was also paratrooper. His dad participated in 71 war died from heart attack at age of 47 while he was serving as col and my brother in-law died from heart attack in field area at age of 47 where he was deputy commander ( Col ). My dad was an army officer in Sikh regiment participated in 71 war he died from lung cancer that time he was serving Major his age was 43. I have two bareets with me right now one is of my dad and other one of my brother in-law. To serve in forces is job of tapasvai it's not for everyone. If you want to be tapasvai make yourself mentally strong and use your anger and energy in forces instead of using it inside country
