*LOVED* growing up in the '70's! We had the best bands and music *EVER* !!! Journey was one of them. Steve Perry vocals with Neal Schon on guitar couldn't go wrong. Live concert footage is always better than over produced videos. "Faithfully" and "Lovin', Touchin', Squeezin'" are two more of their best songs. *PLEASE* more Journey!!!

I'm from that 'old school' generation. And we always just assumed that music would always continue to be this prolific, talented and good. We could not have been more wrong. steve perry had arguably one of the best voices in music.. in his prime he was stunningly good! what a heartbreaker when he left the band, did a (great) solo project then basically retired.

Did you forget Trial by Fire? Two years after his second solo project, they got together for one more album. When You Love a Woman was nominated for a Grammy, but my favorite song is Don't Be Down on Me Baby. His bad health prevented him from touring with it, and he did not record another album for 22 years.
