Journey Through Art Therapy

Journey Through Art Therapy tells the story, through stop-motion animation, of a client's experience of Art Therapy. The intention behind this animation was to capture the true essence of what happens over the course of a series of Art Therapy sessions. At Art as Therapy, clients are playfully invited to use their imagination and creativity to explore current challenges. Through a combination of art-making and talking, clients of all ages are empowered to tap into their inner strengths, and to use those strengths to create connections with themselves and others. At Art as Therapy we believe that every individual has the power to discover new ways of interacting with the world. Our role is to offer the safe, inviting, confidential space where clients can discover their power for themselves. We really hope you enjoy this video and find it inspiring, for individual empowerment can lead to collective change and make this world a better place for us all.
