Thank you for this series. How do you know if the government want or need what I sell. Im currently in Real Estate and may need to start a different business depending on government needs

That's why this is the very first thing a new business must do... answer the questions what do I sell and do they buy it. If you're doing regular real estate like selling residential houses, then that's not that big of market. But one quick example that you might think about (and be good at) is relocation services. The military spends a ton on relocation of its service members. Perhaps that's an area to consider. Or, other brainstorming ideas like that.

In a previous video, you advised against forming an LLC when starting my business. What is the recommended alternative?

No alternative. What I teach is that there is no point forming a company (LLC) until you know for sure what you sell and who buys it in the federal market. Too many of us do what I call 'constructive procrastination' - doing things like forming a company, building a website, etc. when they should be locking down their clear focused offer. You'll see me form an LLC soon, but only after I do more important and helpful tasks. Hope this makes sense. Great question by the way. I think I'll start answering some questions like this at the start of the next day to help others.
