Journey to FET Day! What I Eat In A Day For Fertility

As I journey to FET day, I want to share what I eat in a day for fertility. A big part of preparing my body for the FET is nutrition specific to fertility. So welcome to what I eat in a day to help boost fertility and help my body prepare for the embryo transfer.
This is a pretty good representation of what I typically eat in a day right now for my fertility health. Food is medicine and I believe that eating nutrient dense foods focused on vitamins and minerals proven to improve fertility can make a huge difference in a successful FET and in a successful pregnancy.
Maybe you gain some inspiration and meal ideas of your own from watching what I eat in a day for fertility. I hope this video helps you in your fertility diet. And if you're not looking to get pregnant, I hope you still enjoy the video because the meals I eat are delicious, easy, and healthy! Eating a healthy diet based on mainly whole foods is essential to fertility health.

Yes same day! July 1st. The 25 is also my lining check day and start PIO on the Sunday😲. I'm using an auto injector for PIO this time. Wishing us both luck! Thank you for your videos, it's nice to see others going through the same process.

He’s at bird dog hunting school for the whole month of June. We dropped him off May 26 and looks like we’re extending his training an additional 2 weeks. So we pick him up July 9 and I can’t wait!

Yes! I cut back quite a bit on caffeine tho. Too much caffeine can effect the fertility meds and how your body responds to the treatments. I cut out caffeine entirely during my first stim and egg retrieval; I just drank decaf coffee. My second round I did half decaf and half reg so tried to keep my caffeine under 200 mg a day. Both rounds were pretty much the same in terms of how my body performed with the meds and the egg retrieval surgery. I hope this helps!
