I lived in Sardinia as an American in the early 80's for one year. My husband was in the Airforce. We both was born and raised in NYCity. What a culture shock, but it was the best experience I ever had over the years of traveling across the globe. They live a simple life. No large refrigerators, No process foods. A market every two blocks.Walked to the market every day like sardinians to buy and cook fresh foods everyday with out additives.Every day a neighbor knocked on the door to give us a bottle of wine. They are not living stress.Every week a party from a different neighbor would invite us. The funny thing is the same people was at the same house at every party. We were treated like celebrities all the time. Many of the families live with several generations in the same house. Some houses were huge like mansions. They love to gather and have a nice time with friends and family. When someone dies the whole neighborhood get together. The oldest person I met was 112 year old. She was in her right mind alright and can out walk me with a smile. Every so often she would walk to the house I lived in and bring me fresh herbs from her garden. They laugh a lot. Very joyful people.

Some genetic history and facts here for you: Sardinians, out of all Europeans, have the largest % of "Anatolian Farmer" DNA (almost fully Anatolian Farmer), people who used to live all over Europe before being mostly replaced/absorbed by peoples from the Caucuses and Pontic Steppe. So when people claim that Europeans were "from the Middle East", or a lot "darker", just look at Sardinians to know they're being deceitful. Peoples all over the Middle East, rather, looked like Sardinians before Arab conquest.

So you just gonna lie like that huh lol middle easterns are a combination of multiple populations and the people in the mesolithic Levant was the natufians not the anatolian farmers , the closest population to the natufians are the arab Bedouins and mainly saudi arabians and yemenites , the arabs didn't fall from the sky stupido also the sardinians aren't 100 % anatolian farmers they have little hunter gatherer ancestry that is close to the whg of Europe , and mesolithic European like the western European hunter probably wouldve been darker than your average European because they lacked lot of light skin alles like the natufians that modern western eurasians have , so wtf are you talking about you could at least say that levantines are lighter than the gulf arabs and its true , so no mother facker the arabs did just fall from the sky , the neolithic levantines was a combination of natufian ancestry mainly and an additional anatolian farmers component and the arabs with Mediterranean Europeans have very different clusters but still their ancient clusters came from populations that was mainly dzudzuana related The dzundzauna is the cluster that contributed the most to all modern western eurasians in the middle east north Africa amd Europe but its lower in northern Europe because northern Europeans have more dna from another ancient population called north eurasian, because they have admixture from populations that carried lot that of northern eurasian ancestry like the Eastern hunter gatherers who also contributed to the steppe who spreed later to Europe taking over the European male lineages .
