You can place your cilantro in a glass or a small vase with water; like flowers. Keep it on the counter. Change the water every morning. No need to take up space in your fridge. Works well for parsley, also.

I bought that chopper a couple months ago when I saw it on Amanda's channel and it is awesome! I love it too, it speeds everything up and makes it all so uniform. You have inspired me to do more veggies this week. Thanks and have a great week Jess.

You make your Pico the same way I do. The simpler the better for me. Looks fresh and delicious!

Hi Jess - thanks so much for your videos. I have been eating plant based for a couple of years but not lost any weight. I think this will really help me. I didn't realise Weight Watchers had a plant based plan.

I mostly meal prep breakfasts and lunches for my husband and this week he chose salads, too! The pico de gallo looks great. I love making that from scratch, too especially when tomatoes are in season. The Kung Pao lentils sounds awesome! I'm compiling a list of dishes you've made that I want to try soon so that will go on it as well as your cauliflower alfredo over spaghetti squash. Looks like another fabulous week, Jess.

You inspired me this week to eat a lot more veggies this week. Cut them all up and ready to go. I made the cauliflower Alfredo and s squash too. In fridge ready to go. Haven’t tried it yet. Your weight loss was great! Congratulations🤗.

Weight Watchers Journey to Healthy the sauce was pretty tasty. I think I made it a little thick though. Maybe used too much cauliflower. 😋

Nicely done. I don’t see too much green in this diet. Things like zucchini or broccoli, Cruciferous vegetables.. Is that like on a different day or different week? Do you also prep your salad, lettuce? Love these ideas, thank you

Thanks! If I remember right, I put it away before doing the peppers. It does work great on all veggies I’ve used it on so far! Worth the money for sure!

Not at all! I am just going to go with how I feel. During that week of eating 100% plant based opened my eyes to so many more meal possibilities! So in the coming weeks, I will probably be adding more plant based meals since I found so many I wanted to try.
