In this video, we take you to one of the most popular destinations in San Salvador, El Salvador: BOQUERON NATIONAL PARK! We explore the San Salvador Volcano, have a coffee with a view, check out the Rainbow slide at Picnic Steakhouse, and (due to the storms) ended the night in a not so typical way! The day definitely did not go how we expected, but we made the most of it and enjoyed it anyway!

Santa Ana Volcano is 2 hours up and 2 hours down. That's Boqueron, otherwise known as San Salvador Volcano. You guys could've hiked that volcano by yourselves. Santa Ana Volcano is another experience in itself and you need a guide

I would like to recommend La Ruta de Las Flores almost every tourist makes that tour, Also try the fried street food such as pasteles, yuca frita, panes con pollo. Please try our typical dishes, Sopa de Gallina India, Sopa de res, las pupusas de olocuital, sorbete artesanal. Also if you plan to visit the Beach I know surf city is a must go watch destination but in my opinion there are way better less expensive beaches you can visit along the coast.

If you go to Santa Ana you should visit the lake during the day and go to the cathedral at night and dine at the Simmer restaurant next to it and later go to the discotec "la 20"

Boquerón only takes around 15 minutes. The other hikes all take around the same time. We have other volcanoes that definitely take 2 hours or longer. We have many.

Probably the information was mix up, yes we a have a volcano that you can hike to the crater between 1 hr and a half or 2 hrs but that it's Ilamatepec Volcano aka Santa Ana Volcano

Me getting close to El Boqueron 🤔 no! I can fight with a crocodile, probably a shark, or do a Bull run or do Rodeo maybe tackling a tiger, but getting close to a volcano it's a no for me. Awesome adventure guys, I like to walk between 10 to 20 miles a day, I'm sure I'll have fun walking and hiking in the mountains. El Salvador it's so beautiful can't wait to go there. Actually the hike to El Volcán de Santa Ana takes about an 1 or two ..

I think I read the hike around the crater for this volcano was 1-2 hours! We werent able to do the crater hike this time but we are looking forward to Santa Ana :) Thanks for watching

I think the hike route was under construction due to Miss Universe contestants visiting the spot, some locals will take you up to the created for a donation. It takes others longer when you hike the official winding path and there’s more people on them which makes walking a lot slower.
