Waooo, this paste can be made at night and can be used for next morning food 🎉, I am happy yo find this video . Soda is not something to be used , also curd is used which again not a vegan option. This is better . Yes we can’t make instant but if we plan it , it can be made like that

it turned out to be amazing however i had to ferment it for 16 hours instead of 8 hours
@CookwithoomaАй бұрын
Yes in winter's it takes more time for fermentation 😊

@@Cookwithooma Also I added some Poha to make it fluffy and I would recommend to add some methi seeds to be added along with Urad Dal to make it more healthy for Diabetics

Nice..... But why adding salt before we always add salt after fermentation that is the process we follow in normal Idli and one of tge chef also told in tv once i remember.... Why u add before any reason?? Vl try this soon
@Cookwithooma2 жыл бұрын
As per my knowledge If we want batter to be ferment soon ,so we add salt before ,but some times adding salt before may over ferment and gives a sour taste so usually most of them add after fermentation . It totally depends on the season During winter or cold weather add salt before fermentation During summer add after fermentation . 😊 Thank you for watching my video 🙏🏻

leave for 4 to 6 hrs during summer and 10 to 12 hrs during winters for natural fermentation
