"quiet stillness with a depth of wisdom" describes Leisa perfectly! I love you both!! I started learning astrology about a year ago. I have a day chart with Jupiter at 0⁰ Leo 10th house cusp. At the time, Jupiter was transiting my 2nd house of Sagittarius. I was so excited to learn that he was transiting thru his sign of rulership and in my money house!! After more self studying it dawned on me that I had been exhibiting a manic state of over spending!!! Thankfully, I was able to self correct once I realized how the transit was affecting me. I have venus in its fall in Virgo 11th house. Although, Ive been married 3 times (venus rules my 7th & 12th) I am still friends with both of my ex's and they both get along with my current husband of 20 years!!

Hi there, thanks for bringing such an interesting topic to the fore! Just wondering what happens if your sect benefic isn't in great shape? My night chart has Venus is in Aries in the 6th house. On the other hand I have Jupiter in Pisces in the 5th house and he is the host of both my chart ruler (Mars) and MC ruler (Mercury). He is also the bound ruler of my Sun, Moon, Ascendant and Saturn...so a bit of a head scratcher on this one! 😂🙏

That people pleasing bit is soooo true. I've always thought it was caused by my 11th house Virgo South Node, but now I see Venus may be causing some trouble in that matter as well. :) I have a nocturnal chart with Venus in Taurus in 7th house, conjunct Jupiter. The people pleasing largely stems from my unstable upbringing/narcissistic mother/strict father and guess what? Venus is opposite my Scorpio Moon, which in turn is conjunct Pluto and sextile Mars. Saturn is my out of sect malefic and rules the 4th. Honestly, astrology never ceases to amaze me. By the way, Mercury rules my 11th and is in 4th, so books have been my friends (and comfort) since early childhood as well. :)

Really fun work, great timing information, it's now May 2021...so on the MONEY, my Jupiter/Venus stuff is 3/9 house with the sag/gemini polarity...Jupiter is almost in Pisces and South Node is Sagittarius, THANK YOU

This was such a great topic. I know you both casually mentioned the 11th House but did you speak specifically about Venus in the 5th House and Jupiter in the 11th House? Am I wrong to say that these houses are the planetary joys for those particular planets? These are my placements for both Jupiter and Venus which is why I came to this video. What if you have Venus Square Jupiter at an orb of 0 and applying 😂. I've seen some interpretations of this aspect but I'd love to hear your take on it. Venus is in Gemini in the 11th and Jupiter is in Virgo in the 2nd for reference!

I have a Q about my Jupiter. I'm not sure which house it is in. My IC or my 4th house cusp (depending on which chart I am looking at) is at 27.23. My Jupiter is at 27.18. I read somewhere that when an outer planet is so close to a house cusp that you treat it like it is in that next house but it is technically in my 3rd house. Should I treat it like it is in my 3rd or 4th house? I guess I have another Q too. What's the difference between my IC and my 4th house cusp?

That depends on which house system you're using. Placidus for example treats angles (AC, IC, DC and MC) as house cusps (1st, 4th, 7th and 10th respectively), so in this system they're one and the same. If you use whole signs house system, the beginnings and ends of each sign become house cusps, and the IC can fall in other houses that the 4th. The IC itself is "the bottom of the sky", the lowest point where the Sun was at midnight on a given day. When it comes to your Jupiter, I have a similar situation! Jupiter at 29 Aries and the Descendant at 0 Taurus. I've seen different approaches, but to be honest I've noticed both the Jupiter in 6th and Jupiter in 7th themes in my life. Your Jupiter is farther from the cusp of a sign though, so for you the situation may be clearer if you check your chart using the whole signs system and see where your IC and Jupiter fall then.

@@zdmuchnelamniejesien My IC stays conjunct to my Jupiter. 4th house cusp shifts to 7'33 Scorpio. I watched some of one of Kelly's videos yesterday where she said the the IC and the 4th house in the whole sign system indicate two areas referring to home and roots.
