Yes, the men were wrong for the unwanted sexual advances and harrassment, but falsely accusing a man of r4pe when you had consensual sex with him is way too wild to not be the centre focus. Many men have lost their lives and reason for existence due to such false allegations. It is damn ev!l to even think to level such an allegation falsely, and she deserves all the heat she's getting for it, if true.

This lawsuit, as to most of the individuals named, exposes few to civil liability save Skip Bayless and Dixon, the rest will be dropped from lawsuit including Joy Taylor. This lawsuit is largely designed to embarrass Joy Taylor and a few other people. There is literally nothing that Joy Taylor did, other than be morally and personally corrupt, is going subject her to civil liability. I do think Joy Taylor will be professionally diminished to say the least and will find be jobs sports journalism hard to find. Joy Taylor should not have been named in this action and was only named due to some animosity that the plaintiff had for her. Fox Sports, Dixon and Skip Bayless will have to defend this lawsuit and will likely be hit with civil damages but no one else.
