My first therapist cried on our first session when I told her just a bit of my story. It was so weird. I felt like I needed to comfort her. I want someone who can empathize but also hold it together.

I experienced a similar thing with my therapist. After that point I felt very hesitant to go where I need to in the therapy to get my healing. We are just now months later getting back to where we left off after I told her I really need to talk about these things. This Dr. is absolutely incredible. Thank you Dr. for these amazing videos.
