Wow - this looks good. New Subscriber - Oyinbo from England - my wife is Nigerian from Plateau State. She's going to Nigeria next month and when she comes home to me, i'm gonna make this food to celebrate her safe return. God bless you Sister.

My name is Oluwakemi, from Nigeria. I am new here. I just loved what I watched now. May God bless you. But those of us who don't like liver, can we use chicken or goat meat? Thanks
@ChiOfo3 ай бұрын

The gallbladder bursting has not happened to me but I have seen in the Asian markets near me they sell little tubs of bile - this is used by people around Southeast Asia (filipinos, Naga people, etc.) The recipes I've seen they use small amounts like a teaspoon and it adds a bitter flavor. What you heard about the gallbladder sounds like it could be true based on this! Edit: ooo someone below confirmed 😂 better believe them!

Must it be chicken liver?

If you break the gallbladder you will never do it again. Try it and become a believer 🤢 or take my advice
