Don't know if someone's already pointed out, but the suicide hotline number is at the end of the video along with a short message.

Oh! And Army guy here! 5 years in so far! I was stationed in Alaska for 3 years and suicide rates there are very high. This song really hits home for sure. Thank you for the great reaction my friend! Looking forward to some more!

The song that got me hooked on Joyner. Actually, he was the first rapper I truly listened to (and, somehow that led me to NF). Tragic, heartbreaking. Thanks for sharing it again.

Also, you might not need to hear this, but I just want to remind you that no matter how rough things may get sometimes, at the end of the day, the most important thing is still being able to smile and laugh together with your loved ones. My father.. for most of my childhood and early adult life, was a very angry and impatient man with a very explosive temper, and it all stemmed from his frustration with life and him feeling like he's failed to provide for his family. Of course, as a kid, I didn't know or understand this. All I knew was that when he was in a bad mood, I should stay as far away as possible, I even started to subconsciously avoid him when he wasn't in a bad mood. It was to the point where I was apprehensive to help him work on just about anything I wasn't familiar with (which as a kid, was everything) because I was afraid of getting something wrong and him losing patience with me which would lead to yelling and traumatizing words, or things not going right while we were working on it which would lead to the same thing. Honestly, the memories of him that stand out the most are the ones of him furiously yelling at mom, myself, and just cursing life in general. There were definitely ok and good times in-between the bad, but they pale in comparison to the deep impression left by the overwhelming bad times. Your frustration and grumpyness is probably nowhere near as often nor as bad as my father's was, but what you said reminded me of my experience with my father growing up. It's not something I'd want any child/family to experience-to any extent, as unrealistic as that may be (we all get frustrated and mad sometimes, can't be helped, but how we deal with it can). I just hope that your family has plenty of smiles everyday, more than mine had at least.

Joyner is one of the most talented artists out there. Definitely check more out by him. He has music for everyone! He said in an interview that he actually puts a video together and then writes to them. Check out “Will” by Joyner. More of a happy song and crazy good video.

I actually think I have heard Will...is that the tribute to Will Smith? I need to check out the video if there is one, though - I listen to a lot of KZbin, but don't actually watch it!

Wow this was tough to watch. I got very close to completing my very well laid out plan... I had had thoughts before a but after the loss of someone very close to me thoughts came back and they soon became obsessive, that had never happened before, but I was so full of fear of not being able to make it without them...then I started planning it!! And your right, in retrospect once I started planning it there was no way I was going to reach out for help, and I was glad no one was really checking on me during my grieving process...I had my solution right.. thoughts would creep in about the affect it would have on my family but I would push them out quick. It was a single text from my son with a single request that snapped me out of it...thank goodness... then and only then did I realize the trauma and devastation I would have caused my family... that nearly killed me. 😉 Any way I put on my big girl panties and got busy taking care of me because codependency and enmeshment is nothing to mess with 🙏🏻
