I'm watching in 2020! Boom! Mic drop!...... It is in fact (Fri 6 Mar 10:21pm) I live in a village where the damn shops close at 10pm, i am laid up at home with a cold, that hopefully doesn't turn out to be the bloody "Corona virus" and all i really want? I'll tell you what i want what i really really want? Chocolate Brownies!! but oh! the devastation when i realized i had no chocolate! Man, talk about a rock and a real hard place! In my delirium Iv been thinking crazy thoughts! like..Blondies! (which of coarse are just brownies with no chocolate!) then i found it!! "Cocoa Brownies" Genius! Bravo! Bravo! (oh ye btw, in the future, 2020! there is this crazy virus going around the world, it's some real "28 days shit!" so maybe if you could get word to someone about working on a cure for 2020?) Cheers! PS.If anybody in the comments knows ANYONE! who makes Blondies?? Report them now! we need to stand together on this people! ;-)

I made these brownies yesterday and I can't thank you enough for this wonderful recipe. I made it as per directions and did not change a single thing. Unfortunately, I did not have any good quality chocolate powder on hand and I had to make it with Nestle cocoa powder that I was planning to throw out. To my utter shock, they came out amazingly delicious and nobody could tell it was made using poor quality cocoa powder. Next time, I am definitely going to make this with high quality dutch processed cocoa powder. To those wondering whether to use sour cream or not, I can confirm that these brownies turn out rich and delicious even if you omit the sour cream. To those thinking of making this with oil instead of butter - please DON'T. A brownie wouldn't be a brownie if it wasn't for butter. If you are like me who wants a chewy chocolatey brownie, then do yourself a flavour and add butter as directed.

Dear Stephanie! I highly recommend everyone to bake according to this recipe. Stephanie, thank you very much for this wonderful recipe. Brownies' recipes inundate the Web because it is one of the most popular treats - chocolate, sweet, extremely easy. But your recipe is by far the best one. Thank you very much for your approach, for detailed descriptions and explanations, for giving all measurements not only in cups/spoons, but in grams as well. These came out delicious! Just a few tips for people watching: 1) I think it is possible to reduce the amount of sugar; next time I will add only 180 grams - 250 grams is a bit too much to my taste; 2) I have added the home made sour cream (I do curds myself, and hence get a sour cream atop of it, which I take off and put in a jar), which is, I guess, around 40% fat, and has that natural milk vanilla aroma; 3) I have added a middle layer of home made curds mixed with egg, sugar, vanilla and a bit of sour cream - this has added a nice sour touch to the final taste. Stephanie, one question, if I may: these brownies came out moist as intended but I missed the gooey touch. Do you know how to achieve that gooey texture? Thank you!

Ann Oommen Hey. I'll tell you some recipe of home made Ice cream. Pop your heavy cream or all purpose cream(250ml), 1can of condensed milk, 1can of evaporated milk. all in the fridge. until cold not frozen okay? then first whip up your cream up, while whipping add the chilled condensed milk and evaporated milk. wait until it has doubled its volume. then add any flavor you like.

I have tried other recipes but this one masks very well the strong taste of cannabis. I have shared this recipe with several care givers that use cannabis for medicinal purposes. Stephanie I made this brownies tonite for Valentine's Day. I want to say a huge thanks for your amazing recipe! I would like to say it's the best brownies I ever had! I'm so happy and thankful that I found you! Your recipes are the best! Thanks a lot! God bless you and your family! Hope you won't stop doing what your doing. You inspired a lot of people like me who are very eager to learn how to bake. By the way I have been looking if you have a recipe for the "devil's food cake" I don't think you have one yet. Hope if you will get a chance you would do one for your dear fans! I love chocolate cakes and devil's food cake is one of my favorite. So please hopefully you will do one in the near future. Thank you once again! :)
