My new trick I screen recorded the movement trim it and turn it into a gif where it loops over and over and I can see different details every play. iPhone had a gif maker in the “shortcuts”

This kid strangled me when I was a blue belt and he was 15. I decided to go easy on him because I didn't know him and it was our first roll and he was a kid. I was a 193cm 108kg or so. He was on my back with a strangle. Still wasn't worried. Tapped seconds later. Glad to see he's so amazing. I don't have to feel bad.

Refreshing before training is such a fun thing to do and gets me fired up! It always sucks when I have a lightbulb moment watching an instructional on the weekend and I can’t go try it right away.

8:25 this resonated with me, i had this realisation recently that I shouldn't marry myself to a technique but instead take what is available

You might have heard of ADCC trials. Guess how he did. Lol
@bmxrider818827 күн бұрын
@ lolol, he won trials and fought in CJI. He knew he’d never win the Adcc, and decided to take the 10k to show at CGI. At least he got 10k.
