Feel you bro, I was testing knobby tires on XTS today, and it was only -8 celsius, but yet chilly enough :) Still went through 3 battery packs due to dedication to hobby. (and of course for not having body clips)...:) Got my X12S on transit ATM, but I'm hoping to get it by xmas. Then we'll have another snow bash with R-buggy :)

I recently got hooked on these affordable mini RC’s. First started with the MJX rally car and the drift truck. Then Rlaarlo hooked me. And now I’ve got the ROG1, Omni Carbon, rally car, and this buggy. They all haul ass. So far they’ve been all reliable/durable. My only gripe is when I switch over to using my own radio. I have no way to adjust the ESC, especially the brakes when I tap the brakes on my fly sky Noble nb4+, the brakes lock up and end up doing a front flip by accident. So I’ve been spending a little bit more money and now swapping out the ESC‘s with hobbywing that have easy programming.

@RcPlayer-tt2vw the groms are too small for this buggy. This one is slightly larger so i wouldnt put them in the same class. Groms power to weight ratio will be better in the end tho so the typhon grom blx can bang with this car.

It's Fortunate for me , i don't jump any of my RC's , unless it's just off a low level pavement with an off road only RC 🤣🤣🤣 .

The only down side with getting Into Rlaarlo RCs is waiting for parts to come back in from over seas.

Weak point is the rear wing/shock tower mount to the bulkhead. I think there is a way to attach it at two more points which I would do.

Ya I have get me a EMB. I bought rcs and forgot about emb like reflex 14t B , 140 cheaper id bet similar quality. These get sold on amazon for 129 going be best 100 bucks you could spend

Did you see where the rear shock tower and bulkhead just come right off from those two screws that are too short you should put the screw with the nut on the other side before you start running

Just got the truck today jumps surprisingly good had a bad landing on the wing and ripped it right out of the gear box case. Really not sure why they didn't through bolt the shock tower to the diff case. It is what it is. Problem solved with a couple longer bolts and nylock nuts.
