You tutorials are amazing. Thank you so much for taking the time. I have a question. Is it possible to add a glow to the forester plants. Like adding a glow to like a flower for a night seen. Is that possible

Why export out as tiff instead of obj?
@MattObviously3 жыл бұрын
To use within Octane render. It reads the displacement map and allows you to adjust height and mid values. Where as an exported OBJ you would not be able to do this.
@cc.creationz3 жыл бұрын
@@MattObviously what about blender I tried using tiff but me importing a tiff file into blender as an object/terrain won’t work but if I import the OBJ or a FBX it works fine
@MattObviously3 жыл бұрын
@@cc.creationz the TIFF is an image. not a physical object. it has to be used within Octane's node tree with displacement node. the TIFF is an information file of black and white values that octane will read and translate to displaced geometry. view the video once more where he uses the displacement map on a plane. the same would be done inside blender.

Great WORK! unfortunately the Mask shape path closed option is greyed out and i cant disable it to open my mask . Do you know how to fix this.? anyone?
@daveycrockettla4 жыл бұрын
just figured it out, instead of going to the layer just right click on mask after points are selected and go to mask and shape path and uncheck closed from there.

Sir I gotta a question - does joining film school really helps you as an artist or does it just kills your creativity and force you to make some shit work ??? Btw I'm from India
