Here in the States, we know her as Nellie Bertram, featured prominently in the last 2 seasons of our "The Office". Mixed results, she certainly showcases her tremendous comedic chops better in British comedy.

Posh Mum is really funny. Waitrose is a very upper / middle-class supermarket in the UK (you may have seen some on your visit) and it’s known for these kind of people shopping there. You should check out some of Victoria Wood's sketches and stand up. Quite a bit of Catherine Tates comedy comes from Victoria Wood which is a shame she gets forgotten about as she was such a funny and clever lady.
