Missing a free throw in a pressure situation is one thing. It’s a fine motor action with several variables. Not knowing the score is a complete lack of awareness and inexcusable. A five year old can’t make a free throw... they can know the score.
@jingjing94406 жыл бұрын
L S it happened in crucial times dur to pressure and thus understandable, but to have no presence of mind in the court is a no no. But the rebound still helped cavs not in the defensive end of the last seconds of the 4th q

I thought it was intentional so they could get a put back and lead by 2 instead of leading by 1 with 4 seconds and a timeout left for golden state.

I feel bad for LeBron. This is close to when Ronaldo carried Portugal to the Euro Cup final when he got them past the group stage and scored and assisted in the semifinal, difference is, he got injured in the final and was replaced. Thankfully, Eder had a one in a lifetime shot and scored to win. I can't imagine if this hadn't happened and all the hardwork would go to waste because of a team that needs so much work... So i feel you Lebron. You deserve better

Lebron was so dope in this game. It sucks it had to end like that. I dont blame him for being pissed. J.R Smith is the new Steve Bartman. The public has targeted J.R Smith to be the escape goat of game if not the entire series. Yet, nobody is talking about the player (George Hill) who missed the FREE throw to win the game? George Hill is the actual player that cause the Cavaliers to lose the game NOT J.R Smith. It literally took 4.7 seconds for everyone to forget about George Hills and concentrate on J.R Smith lack of awareness during the game. We can sit here and play the whole "What if" game but the truth of the matter is that George Hill should be the blame of that game. Period!
@juicyjay86426 жыл бұрын
Here's the thing, if George Hill makes the free throw, Golden State gets the ball back with plenty of time to get a good shot off and win the game anyway! Furthermore missed free throws in late game situations happen all of the time. What JR did was rare, which is why he caught the heat! Its one thing if he or LeBron had got a shot and missed, but to not get a shot at all is inexcusable! Not only that, but JR was terrible all season. He had the soup throwing incident and then this! Remember it was LeBron who lobbied for JR to get his current contract and saved him from the laughing stock that is the New York Knicks!
@maxmeier5325 жыл бұрын
@@juicyjay8642 Here's the thing. Smith makes the pass and whoever shoots misses. Get it? It's not about that one pass, that one Free throw. This is a best of 7 series ffs with each gaming being 48 minutes long net time. You dont lose the championship by one failed pass.
