of all the skills Joe processes, I think he truly shines at interviewing above all his other gigs. He seamlessly keeps a conversation interesting.
@michaelhadfield54795 жыл бұрын
Obviously the amazing numbers Joe puts up in regards to how many people tune into his podcast absolutely speaks to his interviewing skills being his best skill set. However I would argue that his fight commentating rivals his interviewing skills. With his knowledge base of all the different martial arts, his sense of humor, his conversational skills while having fun dialogue with the two others who are are calling the fights with him, the intensity of his voice and the natural bass vocal tone of his voice perfectly lends itself to fighting, and his ability to remain neutral and not favor a certain fighter is matched by none. That shit is SO prevalent in boxing and it SUCKS, how often do we see HBO or Showtime favor the boxer who is contractually tied to that network's promotional ties; its just another example of how ridiculously crooked and lame the business side of boxing has become.
@felixgotrek15 жыл бұрын
@@michaelhadfield5479 true and he is solid at commenting. however I thinks the interviewing is more impressive because he has had a background in fighting and he went in with the right kind of knowledge to do the job effectively. This podcast thing was new territory when he started and he is able to almost make someone like Ruiz jr. more interesting despite him not giving much for Joe to work with.
