“Sovereign Citizen”, is an oxymoron. One cannot be a Sovereign AND a CITIZEN.
@budmckinney68245 жыл бұрын
Citizen is a voluntary servant, while the sovereign denotes authority. The two terms put together perfectly describes a police officer. The police officer is a citizen civil/uncivil servant who has some authority.
@haroldnokumar5 жыл бұрын
Winston McKinney. I agree, to a point, lol. What about when the police officer is off duty? One cannot be a sovereign unless they comprehend the definition of the word, but da powleeece, whilst on duty, definitely resemble what you stated 👍
@budmckinney68245 жыл бұрын
@@haroldnokumar Off duty? I tried to clock out one time. That does not compute. I am now having a mental breakdown. That would be considered a government shutdown, would it not?
@haroldnokumar5 жыл бұрын
Winston McKinney. I’m sorry, that sentence seems a bit nonsensical to me, lol. A citizen is a government employee, and owned by said government. That is a fact. Not my words, simply the truth. All I am saying is that people do not comprehend what the words they use every day actually mean. The word person, when broken down in original Latin, is this: Per=No and Son=life-AKA-DEAD. The word individual pertains to a non-living entity, and not a live man or woman. If one admits to being a resident, they enter a contract and acquiesce to being property of the federal United States. It gets worse. In 1933, “The New Deal” was implemented. At that point in time, there was no longer any lawful money, only federal reserve notes. This happened because our country was bankrupt and could not pay back our creditors. Because of this, all of the land and money and gold was seized by our creditors and held in reserve, hence, federal reserve notes. Because federal reserve notes are colorable money, blacks law dictionary definition=counterfeit, when we use federal reserve notes we are only discharging the debt and not paying it. Because we exercise that benefit from the federal United States, we are obligated and compelled to all resolutions, codes, statutes, proclamations, and legal laws of the United States Corporation. There is, however, remedy. Uniform commercial code 1-308 Reserves our rights not to be compelled or obligated to any contracts that we have been entered into that were not entered into knowingly, willingly, and intentionally. I have been down this rabbit hole for almost 2 years. It is very empowering!Did you know that we, live man and women...Have dominion over any government or fictitious entity in the world? Our founding fathers did not create a government that would push us around. It does so, only because we acquiesce with ignorance. Benjamin Franklin made a famous statement, “I’ve given you a republic, if you can keep it”. Well, we did not. How many people know that every police officer must have in their possession, their oath of office, foreign registration statement of 1938, and anti-bribery statement? It’s not our fault, however, it IS our problem. I urge everyone to read some publications. I’d start with, “The UCC Connection”. It won’t make you feel warm and fuzzy but, you will at least over stand what is, and has, been going on and being perpetrated upon us....for years and years. 👍💙

A “Sovereign Citizen” is an oxymoron. You can be “sovereign”, a man or woman living on the land and soil jurisdiction, not operating in international maritime commerce. Or you can be a “Citizen”, a “subject” and all capital lettered name, operating in admiralty maritime jurisdiction. Take your pick. To be sovereign you have to know what you’re doing if you want to challenge the police (policy enforcement agents) who work for a “for profit” corporation. I think it’s more of a byproduct of social media. Now, dummies from all over the world can make up anything and spread it like gospel. It’s the latecomers to computers and technology that get caught up in these scams. Sovereign citizens, Karens, flat earthers, it’s all the same attraction. Take your pick. These people have spent WAY too much time on Facebook and KZbin listening to the wrong people. Anti-authority is big these days. If you’re not from an abused culture that has an axe to grind, then you have to find some cause to join. That’s where Sovereign citizens, Karens, flat earthers come from. They don’t have a natural, generational cause to fight for so they fabricate one, even if they’re unaware that it’s a fabricated cause.

People have watched alphabet agencies spend trillions on wars, and lately the politicalizing of three letter agencies: criminal activites from all these unelected agencies, against peaceful J6’ers, deaths of two women during that event, and a sham witch hunt upon a former president. Then there is trafficking of children, messing with their identities, and w.blowers getting murdered. Do we want to subsidize this? Really? If you study the history of laws from England’s ‘transfer of control’ to the early founding of America’s Congress, and how much the original Amendments have been butchered, things will begin to make sense. Really dont mind paying taxes. It’s not about the money, it’s about control of the working class masses. But with the abuse and fraud within banking, finance, and insurance entities, well lets just say all the conspiratory theories have been proven true, or are about to be exposed. Bankers and finance companies are mostly offshore, as Foreign entities. Read this sentence again please …. Chao Bear Media There’s a lot missing here in my opinion. I’m not free to go live in any jungles as I have to ask permission from the government to travel to this jungle. Then I have to ask permission from the country where the jungle is. Then I have to pay, most likely, fees to the jungle country. Then there’s probably restrictions on the type of domicile I can have in this jungle. I can’t have a car or any transport there so it will be really difficult to live there. It most likely will be just as unfree there as it is here. You’re saying I HAVE to carry my weight, what it really is is I am forced to carry my weight in the way the mass dictates, then I must accept that the monopoly service providers who make crumbling roads and I have to pay for it or go to a cage. I have not choice in how the service is carried out. You can say “vote” but we all know I have no voice even then. Just because others have to go through the misery of HAVING to pay, then they feel entitled to not think for themselves and laugh at those who say “wait a minute, is this just?” Can we make a different more efficient system that is voluntary? Yes, but that’s way too much work or rather, it’s been made to look like lunacy to those who’ve only known one system their whole life. “It’s only fair” to go along with what I have to go along with because I really don’t want to think for myself? Rules should be there so there is common ground, but we shouldn’t just accept everything just because everyone else does. Healthcare, BTW is never free. In countries where services are free, like on quasi socialistic America, people begin to rely on them and stop relying on themselves. They just give the money blindly and hope the monopoly on safety, roads, electric, etc. will service them how they like. You’re either free or you’re not. You’re not, and by the way your write the words, you’ve not been free for some time.

Sovereign citizens like to use the "straw man theory" as a way to avoid things like debt collectors, traffic violations, etc. Basically, they believe that you have 2 Identities: 1 is your true natural self, the way God recognizes you. 2 is the identity you are given in order to participate and partake in society, it's benefits and just the overall "system". So things like a social security number, drivers license, credit, etc. It's your fictitious name or entity the way it's written on your birth certificate, passport and other legal documents, in all caps. For example SMITH, JOHN. These people know that the "system" and it's "laws", which are really only Statues and Acts are not Common Law and only apply to your fictitious "legal fiction/ strawman". A good example is a police officer's use of Legalese when speaking to you. When a cop says "do you understand...", in plain English it means "do you comprehend what I'm saying to you?" But in Legalese terms, under Black's Law definition, it means "Do you stand under me?", "Do you grant me authority over you so that you obey and answer to me, and whatever I tell you to do?"...

the problem with homelessness is when people think of them they imagine drug addicts, violence and people defecating in the streets. As opposed to families living in a van after unfortunate events, college students trying to get an education, or regular people working trying to get on their feet. I could understand the contempt for the ones that can be problematic but in all honesty after long periods of living a dehumanizing existance i could understand why they would behave that way. Still there needs to be a distinction between the two as well as a different approach/accommodation for each.
