It's about what it has been about since the revolutionary war, not being a subject of another. You don't act under anything they created but what man has created which can be found in the constitution. Act anyway you wish anywhere you wish that you can without violating the law which is common law, God's or natural law or law of the land its all the same thing. It's the government that has to perform a certain way and when they don't they are to be held accountable individually because it's the individual decision to violate their oath and act in a personal capacity.

Kenny, in America the federal income tax is about 35% or more, the state income tax is probably 10% or more, there’s sales taxes, gas taxes, death taxes, taxes in every way you can imagine, so most people pay 50+% of their income in taxes. America sucks.

I never signed or formally agreed to that instrument in any way, nor does that instrument name me as a party - so is there any evidence or facts which prove it applies to me for simply being physically present here? When pressed for this evidence - Dr. Robert Diab, professor of law, said there wasn't any evidence because the applicability of the law is not rational - it's just a baseless assertion; kzbin.info/www/bejne/hpXWYWWZdpeVi6c Do you agree with Dr. Diab, that the applicability of the law is completely irrational, or do you think pieces of paper with words on them (written instruments) just apply based on magic or something?

Even if the media makes the concept of sovereignty a joke, it begs the question of self-ownership. If you don't own yourself, who does? The government? If you don't own yourself by definition of the law, why are you forced by legal institutions to own your mistakes? If I want an example to follow on how to be sovereign I would look to the government... When the government makes a mistake it never takes ownership or accountability and if ultimately forced to take responsibility it will just claim immunity and never make amends. Lead by example!

It’s human nature to “look the other way” when it’s someone you know/care about, but not give a break to someone you don’t know. This is why I feel like judges should have to spend time locked up before being able to sentence people to prison/jail.
@GraV21
@GraV21 5 жыл бұрын
Milkshake Of Death, Do you really believe everyone that has spent time in Jail/Prison, or are currently in Jail/Prison have all been guilty? There has been plenty of innocent people arrested and sentenced based strictly on circumstantial evidence.
@GraV21
@GraV21 5 жыл бұрын
Milkshake Of Death how old are you? If you don’t mind me asking. You don’t seem to live in reality, or just refuse to see it. Even though you don’t make a lick of sense, I’ll entertain your nonsense. It’s estimated that there are between 2.4% and 5% innocent people locked up in the US, just in prison alone; and that’s not counting jail. With the current prison pop at around 2.4million, that means there could be a potential 120k innocent people sitting in prison right now, that’s not right. This isn’t even touching on innocent people who have died/been executed at the hands of the state. Ever heard of Khalief Browder? Wouldn’t surprise me if you haven’t. You might not mind living in a place that subjects their people to that type of shit, but I do. There shouldn’t be any fucking innocent people in jail, but when you make jail/prison and the whole industry for profit, you’re always going to have that. Also, just because you say someone is guilty, doesn’t mean they actually are, and that’s kinda the whole point I’ve been making. You’re quick to bootlick and assume everything they do is right, and yet, that everyone else who might end up in front of them are always wrong, which is pure stupidity. If the people with power had to live and see what they subject others to, you’d see more compassion. You do know what compassion is, right? Other than that, what you said made about as much sense as wiping your ass before you shit.
@GraV21
@GraV21 5 жыл бұрын
Milkshake Of Death give me a break. if a judge having to do 1-2 days in jail before they are allowed to sentence people, as a job, is “locking up innocent people” then out military abuses “innocent people” all the time. It’s not mandatory, moron. If I was a lawyer, and then became a judge, I wouldn’t have a problem with it. If it helps save one innocent person from being locked up it’s worth it. PERIOD. Unless, of course, it’s you. Then we could just leave you in there to rot like many innocent people in the past and currently locked up. Miss me with the bullshit A system that has up to 5% of it’s prison population being innocent is broken, no matter what you repeat.l to yourself. I also never claimed to have the answers or be able to “fix” the justice system, I simply stated it’s broken, because it is. Just as important as innocent people Not being locked up, is a fair and just system that treats everyone fair, regardless of race and social standing/bank accounts. I’m not proud to live in a country that locks up as many people as we do, but it seems you are. I prefer rehabilitation for those that qualify and life for those who don’t. The prisons and jails are overcrowded because money is made from it, and that’s wrong.

The 14th amendment made American nationals into United States. Citizens. The united states is defined as a corporation. If someone gets their birth or check it authenticated as non hague And also amends their SS5 form , Next you fill your d s eleven correctly and file for your american national passport... Once you do all this, you can serve the police chief. The problem is the sovereigns aren't serving the chief first... You can also get your individual banker ein, estate ein and individual banker... It's not about being sovereign. It's about working in the private.... Since they made everyone into 14th amendment corporate citizens. You need to get yourself back to private jurisdiction and serve the entities. Most people are cowards and will never do this. I and many have done this. And now the cops can't stop me anymore, no matter even if I'm speeding... Or they get sued because they break jurisdiction.... It's not hard, you just have to have balls, you cowards

But none of that is true. If one posts something as true, it’s his burden to support that claim with verifiable, credible evidence or legal authority. Saying something doesn’t make it true, and no one has to believe unsupported statements. If one doesn't support his statements with verifiable, credible evidence or legal authority, it's appropriate to reject those statements as untrue. So none of that is true.

@haroldnokumar 4 жыл бұрын
Winston McKinney. I’m sorry, that sentence seems a bit nonsensical to me, lol. A citizen is a government employee, and owned by said government. That is a fact. Not my words, simply the truth. All I am saying is that people do not comprehend what the words they use every day actually mean. The word person, when broken down in original Latin, is this: Per=No and Son=life-AKA-DEAD. The word individual pertains to a non-living entity, and not a live man or woman. If one admits to being a resident, they enter a contract and acquiesce to being property of the federal United States. It gets worse. In 1933, “The New Deal” was implemented. At that point in time, there was no longer any lawful money, only federal reserve notes. This happened because our country was bankrupt and could not pay back our creditors. Because of this, all of the land and money and gold was seized by our creditors and held in reserve, hence, federal reserve notes. Because federal reserve notes are colorable money, blacks law dictionary definition=counterfeit, when we use federal reserve notes we are only discharging the debt and not paying it. Because we exercise that benefit from the federal United States, we are obligated and compelled to all resolutions, codes, statutes, proclamations, and legal laws of the United States Corporation. There is, however, remedy. Uniform commercial code 1-308 Reserves our rights not to be compelled or obligated to any contracts that we have been entered into that were not entered into knowingly, willingly, and intentionally. I have been down this rabbit hole for almost 2 years. It is very empowering!Did you know that we, live man and women...Have dominion over any government or fictitious entity in the world? Our founding fathers did not create a government that would push us around. It does so, only because we acquiesce with ignorance. Benjamin Franklin made a famous statement, “I’ve given you a republic, if you can keep it”. Well, we did not. How many people know that every police officer must have in their possession, their oath of office, foreign registration statement of 1938, and anti-bribery statement? It’s not our fault, however, it IS our problem. I urge everyone to read some publications. I’d start with, “The UCC Connection”. It won’t make you feel warm and fuzzy but, you will at least over stand what is, and has, been going on and being perpetrated upon us....for years and years. 👍💙

A “Sovereign Citizen” is an oxymoron. You can be “sovereign”, a man or woman living on the land and soil jurisdiction, not operating in international maritime commerce. Or you can be a “Citizen”, a “subject” and all capital lettered name, operating in admiralty maritime jurisdiction. Take your pick. To be sovereign you have to know what you’re doing if you want to challenge the police (policy enforcement agents) who work for a “for profit” corporation. They earn their living putting people in jail, most of them not having the slightest clue they’re doing anything wrong.

I think it’s more of a byproduct of social media. Now, dummies from all over the world can make up anything and spread it like gospel. It’s the latecomers to computers and technology that get caught up in these scams. Sovereign citizens, Karens, flat earthers, it’s all the same attraction. Take your pick. These people have spent WAY too much time on Facebook and KZbin listening to the wrong people. Anti-authority is big these days. If you’re not from an abused culture that has an axe to grind, then you have to find some cause to join. That’s where Sovereign citizens, Karens, flat earthers come from. They don’t have a natural, generational cause to fight for so they fabricate one, even if they’re unaware that it’s a fabricated cause.

Uhhh actually if you look back California offers to provide a bus ticket to almost anywhere in the United States for homeless people and not very many people took advantage of it....so it's there own fault they are in there situation like?

@@bruceday23 A bus ticket to go be homeless somewhere else? So they get a bus ride out of it. The fact of the matter is, many of these homless have roots there, family and other things. Many parts of Cali have two classes, the very weathy, and the poor, and the middle class are leaving, because the taxes, regulations, and housing, are unbearble, and they are taking their skills and their businesses to other states. It's failing, and it's causing things to excelerate, everytime someone leaves, and is replaced by illeagals, and other low skilled workers, who migrate there to take advantage of the system. The whole thing is bankrupting the state. Plus they stopped enforcing vagrancey laws, and created santuary cities that are filled to capacity with people that can't find work. This inevitably spills into neighboring cities that don't wan't these people but are stuck with them.

@@bruceday23 Shut the fuck up, dude. You don't have the brain capacity to be able to navigate all the nuance that comes to the homelessness situation. People like you think there's just a simple answer, and who ever doesn't do what YOU think they should, are obviously just lazy or dumb. The lazy and dumb one, is YOU. There are a million reasons why "they should just take the bus ticket" wouldn't work for most, and a million reasons why simply relocating is not the answer. I'd explain it to you, but I don't have hours to hold up flash cards, and speak to you in small words. You're going to have to figure this one out, yourself... although I know you won't bother. Never be proud to be stupid, bro.

@Winterydee
@Winterydee 5 жыл бұрын
If you owe either a company or a private citizen money & fail to pay that debt which is owed. They can take you to court & get a judgment against you which can then put leans on your property & garnish your wages. If you some how continue to avoid paying off that judgment without reasonable cause the court could then have charges be brought against you and you could see jail time due to it. So you can still go to prison for failing to pay back your debts to non government entities. It just takes longer for the requirements to be meet & they are some what higher. But yeah, the government is pretty much looks at it like Judge Dredd would... "I am the LAW! And NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW!"

@@pennysmith2012 I'm pretty sure he understands that your comment was a retort to my comment. But what you seem to be failing to understand is that his comment was a retort to your comment/retort of my comment. All I was saying is a court can rule what you have to pay your debts. That ruling is a court order. Failing to comply with a court order can lead to additional fines, warrants for your arrest to reappear in court about the matter and even jailing/imprisonment. The courts really do not like it when people do not follow their rulings and orders.

some taxation is actually illegal. even the fact you could be 60 years old, own property for 30 years, have it completely paid off (house included),and it could be in the middle of the woods, and STILL have to pay taxes on it. that's ridiculous. owning land is not a service the government provides. we need to end it.

@@jayknfriends I agree, my family owns a farm, I don't have to pay the cops to get poachers off my property etc, that's why cops exist therefor taxes. The real problem is inflation, due to taking the US dollar off the Gold Standard. We used to have to back every dollar printed to x quantity of gold. Therefore, a bank couldn't lend money that it could not pay back in gold. Nixon got rid of that.
