the owner signed the title over, and paid us to dispose of it, because the county was making a stink over it, and it's in a mooring field which is privately leased from the state.

Does a diver get in to make sure its all out when something methed up like this comes out in a million pieces?

@@WaterfrontJustin it’s nasty down there, 2feet of slime, passed over it all multiple times, and looked for marks. Tornado/waterspouts were prevalent I had videos of plywood & debris falling from the sky so it’s hard to get it all when you don’t know where it is, and what’s theirs etc.
