I just graduated last week, they will explain literally everything to you when you get there, and anything they dont explain will typically come down to common sense. Bootcamp is very easy, just use your brain a little bit and apply yourself at everything you do.

Totally normal feelings , just try and do a little exercise each day don’t over do it don’t wanna get an injury before boot, drink a lot of water and get good rest you’ll do great !

In the end it’s all worth it, I don’t think it something everyone should go through honestly a lot don’t make it but if you’re capable and have the will to stay committed and see your goals through it’s not that bad
