This project will require appx 700 yards to complete using a bulky 5 yarn, and appx 750 yards if you’re choosing medium 4 weight yarn.

@@gracejohnston2692 yes, you can use a 4 weight yarn. It comes out just under 6 feet long. If that length works for you, just keep it at the 7 repeats of 42 rows…but if you want, you can complete another round of repeats to take your scarf to 48 total rows. Choice is yours. But it will come out amazing either way!! Hope this helps! 😎

@@marytracy3135 There is an option in the description drop down that says "Transcript" if you click on that a window will open (where a chat would be to the right) and it has a follow along transcript of what is being said. Sometimes I just use Closed Captioning (CC) to read along. I have found either option helpful at times. (along with a note pad for notes)

I like the way you stitch through the bobble instead of on top. This way it doesn't leave a gap caused by the heaviness of the stitch. I've never seen it done this way; clever. Very pretty pattern, thank you, Juan.

I’m a knitter, before the internet I had to take a crochet class because so many of my knit patterns (only hard copy) had crochet components to them. None of my old patterns list “bunny ears” in the stitch definition. 😂❤I love your tutorials because you do give those visual and verbal cues that help me remember in the next row. First time watching. Really enjoyed this and you made it so clear. My one question is you call this a scarf but, to me, it looks like a shawl. To me a scarf is a long rectangle. Just want to know your terminology so I don’t confuse the two in your videos. Thanks.

@@RCKYBOO2024 hi! Thanks for watching! We have what’s called “triangle scarfs” where the triangle is more “long” than it is deep. I think if one were to wear this as a shawl, they would notice the shape is very much not the same. If you google “triangle scarf” you will see what I mean :)

I'd love to see this done in a rectangular/infinity scarf rather than the triangle shape, the patterns beautiful. I may have to try & work out the stitch count etc for myself to have a go at making it into an infinity scarf (with the pattern going long ways) 😊

Hi Juan! I just happened upon you here and fell in love with this popcorn truffle scarf then did not move along ..as you explanations and video didn’t crowd my brain at all instead, adding the -non-sticky-feel of flowing honey to that delicious colour palette. I didn’t watch ALL but gathered enough with 15-20m of skipping to fall in invested love (with bravery) here. It’s been a vvvv long time since the long ago bathing suit.
