Phil Karlin Worth Fighting For is my all time favorite song for all my life. I actually do that for karaoke & been told I own it. I hate the fact KK is not preforming here but Richie seems to fill the shoes in grand fashion. Glenn is a great man to play in tandem with.

+tehufn nah it hooked me at once. Happened with very few songs in the album. Arguably one of the best in RoS
@tehufn9 жыл бұрын
MrDR7no I got hooked on the first four tracks, the second half of the album took a few listens.
@MrDR7no9 жыл бұрын
it has awful production. Apart from that the compositions are very good. Of course you have songs ranging from mediocre to great.
@tehufn9 жыл бұрын
MrDR7no No, they made this sound on purpose. The goal was to sound like a mix between studio and like, like Rocka Rolla, and I think they succeeded. The Metal Gods are not fools.

Cold blooded sort of has the same vibe as Some heads are gonna roll, which is one of my all time Priest favorites. The more I listen to this record, the more I realize what a masterpiece it is. My only complaint is that I wish Glenn would have contributed more of the solos. Richie did do a great job, but Glenn is the man !!!!

Been listening to JP since when they were just hitting the mainstream. It spoiled many of us away from the metal wannabes of the 80s and 90s. Where when the new acts were coming out, this overwhelming feeling of it already having been delivered by the likes of JP. They were pumping out records every year or two, like some sort of. . . .one stop metal shop. Yes, it was highly possible to live on JP alone, for all one's metal fixes. You can't even imagine how pleased I was to find that this album kicks ass.
