fun fact: holding two arrow keys such as the left and the bottom arrow keys or the right and bottom keys together with the analog stick (item) allows you to shoot 360! so it works with keyboard as well!

@Hutts, Hello man, bigtime stream watcher and binding of isaac fanatic, I've spent a ton of runs with this not knowing how to use this, but from spamming buttons in rage, I found that pressing two arrows at the same time makes you shoot diagonally using the analog stick If you other people would like, please vote this up so Hutts Butt Hut will no longer be confused at the meaning of this item.

I love both kinds of videos. Long videos are good to burn off time, i dont care if you pause commentary during them, it oddly entertains me, the calm before the storm. Short videos are good as well because they highlight good parts but sometimes i feel left out on some details even if it's showed later, like if you say "Oh! Now i can get [insert item in shop]", even though we never seen the shop, i get left confused Just keep doing what you feel like, Butts -that wasnt autocorrected- and yes, i prefer the long videos a bit better but i dont despise short ones

There is a way to predict it that works pretty well. Only the boss rooms with enough room to have 1 entrance and not be touching any other room can be the delirium fight ever in a given run. If you get more than 1 of those rooms, it’s just guess and check at that point

There's a room in antibirth in the rotten corpse where a gurdy and one of those "laser-to-enemy-tree" spawns. It makes you spawn right on top of that laser-tree when you enter the room and you're guaranteed to take a hit. I lost a minimum of 3 runs that way. -.-
